Chaos had the potential to be a really good book. Helter Skelter is my favorite true crime book, and I was I wasn’t going to write a review for Chaos, but after reading some of the other negative reviews, I realized that people aren’t talking about the things that bothered me about this book, so here we are/5(). This book, over two decades old now, is one of the great classics of science popularization. It was a blockbuster bestseller at the time, and it's still well worth reading, a fascinating, enjoyable introduction to one of the most important scientific developments of our time--the birth of chaos 4/5. The title of the book comes from “Chaos Theory”. This theory provides mathematical tools for modelling highly complex, nonlinear systems, making it possible to rigorously analyse everything from the flow of water around a boulder, to climate change/5(18). Bing West has written eleven books, including, with Jim Mattis, the #1 New York Times bestseller Call Sign Chaos. He served as a Marine grunt in Vietnam and later as an assistant secretary of defense in the Reagan administration/5(K).
Books shelved as chaos-theory: Chaos: Making a New Science by James Gleick, Nonlinear Dynamics and Chaos: With Applications to Physics, Biology, Chemistr. This work gives the reader a deep dive into a historical, spiritual, Churchillian leadership, and political mountain perspective as Wallnau weighs Donald Trump as God's chosen Cyrus candidate of chaos against the status quo. From an intellectual and spiritual position alone, this book is hard to put down until you have read every last word/5(K). #1 New York Times bestselling author Patricia Cornwell returns with another scintillating thriller in her high-stakes series starring medical examiner Dr. Kay Scarpetta.. On a hot late summer evening in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Dr. Kay Scarpetta and her investigative partner Pete Marino respond to a call about a dead bicyclist near the Kennedy School of Government. An offshoot of the Dream Man series, these books follow the events in Motorcycle Man (Dream Man, #4) about Kane "Tack" Allen, Chaos MC President and Tyra Masters.
